Anniversaries, small weddings and birthdays: how we plan a long table on the sand for up to eighty guests.
Some of our favourite evenings are the ones guests plan with us: an anniversary for two, a birthday for twelve, a small wedding for forty.
The table
We set a long teak table on the sand just before sunset, with linen, candles and flowers from the garden. As it gets dark, lanterns are lit along the beach.
The menu
Our chef builds a menu with you, from a Balinese feast served to share to a quiet five-course dinner. We can arrange wine pairings and a cake from our pastry kitchen.
The details
A blessing from a local priest, a gamelan duo, or simply a photographer for the first hour. We look after it all, so you can enjoy the evening.
How to plan
Write to us at least four weeks ahead for larger groups. For dinners for two, a day's notice is usually enough.
