These terms apply to every reservation made with Arunika, whether online, by email or by phone.

1. Reservations

A reservation is confirmed once we have received your deposit and sent a written confirmation by email.

Rates are quoted per room, per night, in US dollars and include breakfast, service and local taxes unless stated otherwise.

2. Deposits & Payment

A deposit of 30% of the total stay is required to secure your booking. The balance is due on arrival.

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Card details are processed through a secure payment provider and never stored by us.

3. Cancellations & Changes

Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. For cancellations between 7 and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the stay is charged; within 7 days, the full stay is charged.

No-shows and early departures are charged in full. Special offers may carry their own cancellation terms, which are shown at the time of booking.

4. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 2 PM and check-out is until 11 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may carry a fee.

5. Children & Extra Guests

Children of all ages are welcome. Cots are free, and extra beds are available in selected rooms for an additional charge.

The number of guests in each room may not exceed the capacity shown on the room page.

6. Conduct & Liability

We ask guests to respect the quiet of the resort after 10 PM and the reef in front of it at all times.

Arunika is not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings, except where caused by our negligence. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay.
