About the Experience

Market first, then the kitchen. You cook Balinese food with our chef and eat what you make on the terrace.

The morning begins at the village market in Amed, where our chef shows you how to choose the herbs, spices and fish that go into a Balinese kitchen.

Back at the resort you grind your own base genep spice paste in a stone mortar and cook four classic dishes, from sate lilit to sambal matah.

Lunch is served on the terrace, and you take home the recipes to cook again.
