Signature Dining
The Restaurant
About the Venue
A table under a tall thatched roof, open to the bay, where the kitchen cooks Balinese food the way it is made at home.
The restaurant sits under a tall thatched roof, open on three sides to the bay. Breakfast is slow and bright; by evening the rattan lamps are lit and the tables fill with candles and the smell of lemongrass and grilled fish.
The kitchen cooks Balinese food the way it is made at home — sate lilit over coconut husks, bebek betutu wrapped in banana leaves, sambal matah made fresh for every table — alongside whatever the morning boats bring in. On Thursdays we serve a Balinese set menu for the whole terrace.
Reservations are recommended for dinner. We seat until half past nine.
