Tucked behind its own garden wall, the Garden Villa is the quietest place to stay at the resort. Carved timber doors fold back from the bedroom onto a deep teak veranda, where a daybed catches the shade from late morning onwards.
Inside, a four-poster bed is dressed in crisp white linen and netting. The bathroom opens half to the sky, with a stone bath and an outdoor shower screened by ferns and frangipani.
It suits couples who want to spend long afternoons at home, or a small family who like a lawn to themselves.
